In the world, the COVID-19 pandemic intensely affected the most populous cities and their governance structures. Comparative research on the effects and impacts of pandemic have provided opportunity to develop alternatives for improving the resilience of cities. At this session, the lessons learned and developed improvement proposals after the shock effects of COVID-19 on urban governance will be shared .
