Melis Aydemir Yıldız

Dr., Senior Project Manager, French Development Agency (AFD)

After graduating from Notre Dame De Sion French High School, she received a BA in International Relations from Galatasaray University, a master's degree in European Union policies and a PhD in political sciences at the Strasbourg Institute of Political Sciences (Sciences Po Strasbourg). During her time abroad, she did an internship at the European Commission Directorate General for Research and Innovation in Brussels and served as a consultant to several different NGOs and municipalities as European Union policy advisor at the ITC-Europa consultancy company. Since 2017, she has been working at the French Development Agency (AFD) as senior project manager in the municipality and social infrastructure sector.
