Mehmet Ocakçı

Mehmet Ocakçı (Ph.D, M.Sc., B.Arch.) completed undergraduate (1979) and master's (1980) programs in ITU Architecture Department, and received PhD (1989) in the Urban and Regional Planning Program of the ITU Institute of Science and Technology. He has been working as a Professor in the Department of City and Regional Planning at ITU since 2000. He currently teaches urban design and planning courses and studios there. He is the author of numerous articles on urban issues. He also took part in various urban design and planning projects and research projects as a consultant or coordinator.
