Josephine Whitaker-Yılmaz

Josephine Whitaker-Yilmaz is a Policy and Program Development Advisor for Oxfam KEDV, with more than 10 years’ experience in the international humanitarian and development sector. She has spent the last seven years doing policy, research and advocacy work on a variety of thematic issues in Turkey, with particular focus on forced migration, gender equality and civil society participation. She has worked on a number of participatory policy development and advocacy initiatives, including the 2018 International Refugee Congress. She has also worked with a number of refugee-led networks, including the Refugee Council of Turkey and the Global Refugee-led Network.
