Gülşah Eker

Head of Solutions Mapping, Accelerator Lab, UNDP Turkey

Gülşah Eker completed her bachelor's degree in urban planning/governance and her master's degree in urban design at the Istanbul Technical University. She continues her doctorate studies (2019-) lying at the intersection of space, politics, temporality, and sustainability under the Urbanism program at the Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University in İstanbul. She pursued her professional career across different sectors including private, non-governmental, and interstate ones. She is currently the Head of Solutions Mapping at the United Nations Development Program’s Accelerator Lab and is working on utilizing innovative solutions to facilitate sustainable urban development.
