Gülşah Ayzit

Strategy Development Manager, Nilufer Municipality

Gülşah Ayzit was born in Bursa, Turkey in 1977. She graduated from Industrial Engineering Department of Uludag University in 1998. Between 1998-2002, She worked as quality management consultant and trainer in private training-consulting company. After that, she went on her career as academician to carry out post graduate and academic studies on intellectual capital and innovation management at Uludag University between 2002-2006. Ayzit started to work for Nilufer Municipality in 2011, she carried on works about R&D/innovation management, external funds, strategic management, social perception researches and European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM)’s Excellence Model. She worked as responsible of Nilufer Innovation Centre 2016 -2019 to coordinate all activities of centre. Now she has been working as Strategy Department Manager in the fields of strategic management, R&D , social entrepreneurship and social innovation.
