Co-Founder, Esmiyor

Derin co-founded Esmiyor Podcast with Utku Güven in 2020. Esmiyor is a platform that places the climate crisis at its core, and creates publications and podcasts on any topic that is related to the global climate change. Derin is also a legal counsel working at an international law firm on capital markets for the past 15 years. Graduated from İstanbul University Faculty of Law in 2008, received an M.A. degree at Boğaziçi University (economics and finance) in 2015 and currently pursuing an M.Sc. degree at İstanbul Technical University on climate and earth system sciences.
