Having graduated from Yıldız Technical University, Department of Electrical Engineering in 1995, Alabaş completed his MBA from Istanbul University in 2001. He started his career as an Electrical Engineer at INCO International in 1996. Between 1998 and 2011, he worked at VODAFONE (Telsim) Telekomünikasyon A.Ş. as an Electrical Engineer, Chief Engineer, Maintenance Manager, NSS&BSS Operations Manager, Mass Sales Manager, and Corporate Sales Channel Manager respectively. He also worked as VIP Sales Manager, Key Account Sales Manager and Public Sales Manager, and as Solution Partners Sales Manager at KAREL Elektronik A.Ş. between 2011-2021, and as Smart City and IOT Product Manager.
