He was born in 1977 in Istanbul. He completed his undergraduate education at the Eastern Mediterranean University Computer Engineering Department and his master's degree from Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University Informatics Department Art and Design Program in Computer Environment. He chose Sakarya University Social Sciences Institute Communication Sciences Department Program for his doctoral studies. At Marmara University and Istanbul Medipol Universities; After giving courses such as technology and society, alternative media, data analysis and measurement, digital publishing applications, internet sociology, he still works as a visiting lecturer at Sakarya University. He is also the founder and trainer of the Digital Life Academy, which provides private digital literacy training for public and local governments in Turkey. Bilal Eren, who develops software on mobile technologies, is the founder of BizTim Information Technologies Company, which still produces projects in this vertical field, and the Chairman of the Open Data and Technology Association, which works for the Open Data Application Developers Community. Bilal Eren, who is also the editor-in-chief of the Digital Hayat.TV YouTube channel, which focuses on the effects of technology and digitalization on our lives, has been preparing and presenting the program "Digital Hayat" on TRT Radio1 every Friday since 2014.
