Aslıhan Kurul Türkmen

Aslıhan Kurul Türkmen started her career in the Chicago office of Watson Wyatt Worldwide as a Consultant in the Organization Effectiveness Practice. She joined Endeavor in 2008 and was appointed Managing Director in 2018. She graduated from Northwestern University where she completed a double major program in Learning & Organizational Change and Economics, and later received her master’s degree in Organizational Psychology and Consultation from Columbia University. Türkmen is also a member of the Kauffman Fellows Program, which supports and brings together investors and innovation leaders around the world.
