Today, there are hundreds of migrant and refugee women who have established their own businesses in Turkey. Hundreds and thousands of women engaged in trade, marketing or production in the food, textile and service sectors are important examples and inspiration for both Turkish and Syrian women. The participation of refugee women in different sectors through their own initiatives is also of great importance for social cohesion. In the session to be held in partnership with INGEV, refugee entrepreneurs, the pioneers of development and social cohesion, will tell their success stories.
