"Unleashing the potential: Local governments engaging the youth" session aims to draw a general framework of local governments and youth services before the good practice presentations. In the first part of the presentation, a framework of the youth services of municipalities in the context of policy documents in the world and in Turkey will be drawn. In the second part, strategies and implementation proposals for municipalities will be discussed in order to carry out youth services more effectively.
