He provides exclusive tenant and landlord representation services and disposal & acquisition advisory and brokerage services to global and local real estate investors, occupiers and clients. Mahir Mermer brings over 14 years of experience in commercial real estate sector. He gave brokering services to local and international companies such as Accenture, Avon, Sandoz İlaç, Statkraft, Panasonic, LG Chem, Eroğlu for their sales and leasing transactions on office investments. Mahir Mermer, worked as advisor in Akkom Office Park’s land investment, project development and leasing instructions aiming to reach the Office building standards that answers the needs of global office users. The project was developed by Eroğlu Yapı and it is the first office park development of Turkey. He also worked as project development and leasing advisor for Nidakule Göztepe, developed by Tahincioğlu; Kavacık Trade Center, developed by Cevahir Yapı; Esas Aeropark, Esas Maltepe developed by Esas holding and Ofishane project developed by Eroğlu Yapı, AND Plaza project developed by Anadolu Group, Orjin Maslak developed by Orjin Group Rönesans Tower and Rönesans Küçükyalı Ofispark developed by Rönesans Holding Levent 199 developed by Zorlu Holding. Mahir Mermer holds MA degree in International Trade from Istanbul Commerce University and BA degree in Labor Economics and Industrial Relations from Kocaeli University.
