Hasan Taşçı

He was born in 1968 in Çayeli, Rize. He graduated from Çayeli Imam Hatip High School in 1986 and from the Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Public Administration, Istanbul University in 1991. He completed his master's degree in Istanbul University, Department of Social Politics, and his doctorate in Marmara University, Department of Public Administration, Local Administrations. He speaks English. He is married and has four children.
